REVIEW. Commissions will be reviewed first before proceeding. Please view my preferences! I have the liberty to accept and reject commissions that are or are not to my liking/comfort. I hope for your understanding.
Yumeships note: To my non-sharing commissioners, please let me know if you are uncomfortable seeing doubles. I will let you know if I have previously drawn them so that the choice will be yours if you'd still like to proceed with the commission. I see our transaction as purely business, so I sincerely hope we mutually respect each others' decisions.

REFERENCES are heavily appreciated! Send as much references (such as poses, pictures of the character, color palette, expression, etc.).

FINALIZATION. Once the sketches and base color are sent, kindly finalize the piece or express any modifications that you want to be done. Changes will not be made in line art and rendering.

WAITING PERIOD. The turn-over time for the commission is from a week to 1 month in consideration of my university. I hope for your patience and understanding!

The finished product will be sent thru Gdrive.

PARTIAL PAYMENT. Kindly pay the half 50% once I send the line art. The process after will not be started until the commission is half paid. Updates (line art up to base color) will be sent thru DM. You may pay in full once I complete the commission.

ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS. They have a 75% additional fee. (Small characters and mascots do not count as additional characters)

USAGE FEE. Personal use is free. Use of the commission in monetized content will have a 25% additional fee while commercial usage has a 50% additional fee.

RUSH FEE. Commissions required in earlier deadlines (1-3 days) will have a 25% additional fee.

RECEIPT. Overall cost will be provided before I begin drawing.

MODE OF PAYMENT. For local commissions, kindly use GCash and for international clients, proceed with Paypal.

CURRENCIES. I primarily accept USD and PHP. Though I may consider other currencies, I will have the final decision.

REFUNDS. FULL refunds are only given if with any reason, the commission cannot be continued. Otherwise, refunds are not given whatsoever. I will explicitly say when I cannot continue a commissioned piece, and the refund will be in full, regardless of what process I stopped at.
